Fourteen registration groups, held by one organisation. That means the nurse who writes your plan and the worker who arrives at 7am work for the same people, from the same page.
Personal care, household tasks, life skills and getting where you need to go — built around your week, not ours.
One-to-one support for the things you choose — a class, a club, a gym, volunteering, or working out what you like in the first place.
Registered nurses in your home, and complex supports delivered by workers a nurse has trained and signed off.

Where we work
North through Salisbury, Elizabeth, Playford and Gawler. East to Magill and Tea Tree Gully. South along the coast. Up into the Hills. If you're outside that, we'll tell you straight rather than stretch.

It means the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission has audited the provider against the NDIS Practice Standards, assessed its suitability, and issued a certificate of registration. A registered provider must keep meeting conditions, including complaints and incident systems and worker screening. Complete Choice is registered for 14 registration groups, approved until 9 December 2027.
Not always. If the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) manages your funding, every provider you use must be registered. Supported Independent Living (SIL) must come from a registered provider, or one that applied to register before 1 October 2026. If you self-manage or plan-manage, you can choose unregistered providers for many other supports.
Complete Choice provides Supported Independent Living (SIL), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), short term respite, tenancy assistance, personal care, household tasks, life skills, community participation, transport, community nursing, complex care and Support Coordination. Therapy is arranged through other providers. Support is available across Adelaide, within 100km of the CBD, from our office in Salisbury.
